Website services
The public website provides service descriptions, technologies, published projects and other company information. The form allows you to enquire about a service once the required company details have been completed.
The website is not an online shop. Sending a message does not place an order, reserve a date or create a contract for installation or equipment supply. Scope, price and timing must be agreed separately. The published calendar is for information only.
Browsing public content and using the form are free. Internet access costs are governed by your agreement with your provider.
Enquiries
To submit the form, choose a customer type and provide your first name, surname, email, country, telephone number, investment type and building type. Private customers may leave the description blank. Businesses must also provide a company name and investment description; town, billing address and installation address are optional. Marketing consent is not required.
A saved confirmation means that the enquiry has been stored in the application’s database, not that a service has been confirmed. Once email is configured, the company also receives a notification. Saving works independently of email delivery; the confirmation does not confirm that an email was delivered. The form does not send an automatic confirmation to the customer. Authorised company staff handle enquiries. Availability and response times depend on the company and the matter raised.
Use of the form ends when the message is sent or the page is closed. Data already submitted is processed under the privacy policy.
Technical requirements and rules of use
You need an internet connection and an up-to-date browser. The form, portal and cookie settings dialog use JavaScript. The portal requires session cookies; localStorage is used only to remember cookie settings.
The company portal is for authorised team members who have received an account from the company. No account is needed to browse services or send an enquiry.
You must not submit unlawful content, spam, malware or other people’s data without a valid basis, or attempt unauthorised access. Portal users should protect their credentials and sign out after using a shared device.
Reporting problems
You can report website problems using the provider’s email or postal address above. Describe the issue, when it occurred and how to contact you; do not send your password. Reports will be reviewed without undue delay and within applicable legal time limits. Complaints about completed services are handled under the contract and applicable law.
These terms do not limit rights granted by mandatory law, including consumer rights.
Changes and further information
The current document version and date appear on this page. Changes to service descriptions, website functions or data processing require appropriate updates to these documents. Updating the website does not change agreements made in separate contracts.
Information on personal data is set out in the privacy policy, and information on browser storage in the cookie policy.
