Cookie policy
This policy covers the public website, its service information and enquiry form. Browsing services and sending an enquiry do not set cookies. Manually selecting a language sets the necessary oze_language cookie for 365 days, shared across language subdomains. It contains only pl, de or en and takes priority over automatic language selection. Cookie settings confirmation is stored in localStorage, the browser’s storage. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, remote fonts or external embeds. There are no optional categories to enable.

What we store
oze_cookie_preferences/ localStorage- Remembers your settings confirmation for 180 days. It contains only the policy version (
version), the choice of essential mechanisms (choice), the date saved (savedAt) and the expiry date (expiresAt). It contains no visitor identifier and is not sent to the server.
LocalStorage is browser storage separate from cookies. The browser does not automatically remove the entry after 180 days: after that period, the application stops recognising the confirmation and displays the notice again. A change to the policy version also displays the notice again.
Company portal
When an authorised employee signs in, the essential oze_session cookie is stored for up to seven days. It cannot be read by JavaScript and keeps the employee signed in. Signing out invalidates the session. The public form does not require an account.
Settings and deleting data
The “Cookie settings” button in the footer opens the current information. The essential category is always active. “Accept essential” saves your acknowledgement; it does not activate tracking or give consent to advertising.
Settings are saved only when you press the confirmation or save button. Opening the dialog does not save a choice. Closing it, including with Escape, does not confirm anything.
If your browser blocks localStorage, the choice is kept only in the current page’s memory. The interface tells you when this happens. The notice may appear again after refreshing or closing the page.
You can delete or block site data in your browser settings. Deleting the preferences entry displays the notice again. Blocking preference storage does not prevent access to services or the enquiry form.
Why there are no additional consents
Article 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law provides an exception for storage necessary for transmission or a service requested by the user. Preferences are stored solely to remember settings. This category is not used for analytics or marketing.
Adding other tools in future will require a fresh assessment, updated information and, where required, consent before they are activated.
Legal basis: Polish Electronic Communications Law, Article 399. The processing of personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
